And some more good news. Yay!
First of all, whatever affliction has been plaguing my throat seems to be on the mend... FINALLY. I no longer have giant red testicles in my throat.
I'm still getting bouts of cold sweats/hot sweats though, so not sure whether I've got glandular fever, or if that's just a side effect from the medication I started recently.
Other news is that I rode Belle today and didn't die! We've only been trail riding over Summer, so she's lost a lot of her manners... We're back to the speedy waddle trot. Did manage to get a few really nice strides of her slow balanced trot today though, so there's hope.
Seems we're going to a quiet little hack show this weekend at my riding club. It's members only, so hopefully will be a really good first experience for the both of us. Means I've got to work her every day this week though!
